Our Logistics and Transportation Process:
Route Planning: We develop and optimize delivery routes considering factors such as road conditions, accessibility, and proximity to distribution points.
Coordination: We coordinate with government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and community leaders to ensure alignment of distribution plans and obtain necessary approvals from our clients and partners.

Inventory Tracking: We have an inventory management system to track the movement of ITNs from warehouses to distribution points.
Stock Replenishment: We work with our clients and partners to monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to prevent shortages and ensure continuous supply.
Fleet Deployment: We deploy a fleet of vehicles ranging from vans to trucks based on the volume of ITNs and the distance to be covered.
Driver Assignment: We assign experienced drivers trained in safe and efficient driving practices to transport ITNs to designated locations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the roadworthiness of vehicles and minimize the risk of breakdowns during transportation.
Distribution Planning: Develop a detailed plan for last-mile delivery, including the identification of distribution points and the allocation of resources.
Door-to-Door Delivery: Utilize trained personnel to conduct door-to-door distribution of ITNs, ensuring equitable access to all households.
Data Collection: Collect data on the distribution process, including the number of ITNs distributed, recipients’ demographics, and feedback for evaluation purposes.
