Dispatch Healthcare International Logistics is a provider of supply chain solutions, health logistics services, and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.
We specialize in various aspects of transportation, including car rental services, sample transportation, distribution of insecticide-treated nets, last-mile delivery of pharmaceuticals, and long-distance haulage of pharmaceuticals (cold and non-cold chain commodities), laboratory commodities, and essential health commodities such as COVID-19, HIV/AIDS, Laboratory Samples, Malaria, Family Planning, tuberculosis, and Insecticide-Treated Nets. Our services span across all thirty-six states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
At present, we possess a fleet of over ten sedan vehicles dedicated to our car rental services. Additionally, we have established strategic partnerships with Tracas Transport Ltd in Abuja, Lagos, and Awka, enabling us to mobilize and deploy a diverse range of vehicles, including sedans, Sienna, and Jeeps to support the needs of our clients and partners.
Furthermore, our fleet extends to the distribution of pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals across Nigeria, ranging from 2 tons to 30 tons. With a strong network across the federation, we excel in mobilizing and deploying trucks efficiently to support our clients and partners. Our aim is to facilitate the seamless distribution of commodities to designated regional warehouses and healthcare facilities nationwide, thereby enhancing speed, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Since 2018, DHI-Logistics has been a subcontractor to prominent organizations such as Riders for Health,
MEBS Global, TBB Logistics Ltd, Last Mile Logistics Services Ltd and MDS Logistics, participating in last-mile delivery under the USAID-Chemonics GHSC-PSM and MEBS Global Funds projects. We have successfully operated at regional warehouses in Anambra, Abuja, Cross River, Gombe, Lagos, and Sokoto states.
DHI Logistics has also been at the forefront of innovation. We are one of the first grassroots local transporters to pioneer the use of the ONE-Network Mobile Application for health commodity delivery at the Awka regional warehouse in 2019.
Presently, we are very effective with the use of One Network Transport Management System (TMS) for electronic proof of delivery, ensuring accurate and timely documentation across multiple states in Nigeria.
In recent years, we have further expanded our portfolio by becoming a major contractor for the ABT
Associate Global – USAID/PMI/Vector Link Malaria Surveillance Project. This involves the provision of vehicles for transporting Entomology field teams and materials, and efficient last-mile logistics support for surveillance activities and insecticide resistance monitoring (IRM) in various states across Nigeria.
Additionally, since 2022, DHI-Logistics has been the preferred provider of vehicle and truck rental services for esteemed organizations such as the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Marcy Corps (MC), International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the West Africa Centre for Public Health Development (WAC-PHD) nationwide.
