In our operations from 2018 to the present, we have been actively engaged in providing last-mile logistics solutions, including cold and non-cold chain pharmaceuticals, sample transportation, long-distance haulage, and distribution of insecticide-treated nets.
These services have been rendered to organizations such as Riders for Health, MEBS Global, TBB Logistics, and Last Mile Logistics Service Ltd under the USAID-Chemonics GHSC-PSM project, where we have operated as a subcontractor.
Within our last-mile delivery operations, we utilize the ONE-Network mobile application to facilitate electronic proof of delivery (E-POD) for health commodities.
We plan delivery routes, conduct inventory checks, and confirm orders to ensure the right products, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates are accurate before delivery to health facilities.
Furthermore, we implement Logistics Management and Information Systems (LMIS) to enhance efficiency.
Our operations are guided by key performance indicators (KPIs) and a set of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) covering various aspects, including order checking, quality and process management,
transportation of health commodities, vehicle care and maintenance, as well as training protocols and vehicle mobilization and deployment procedures. Since 2022, we have been providing transportation and car rental services for ABT Associates Inc, West Africa Centre for Public Health Development (WAC-PHD), Mercy Corps (MC), Danish Refugee Council (DRC), International Organization for Migration IOM.
